Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mouse in a Box fashion, so if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
